This Heights duplex had gone through four tenants in three years, and the landlord had a jar of unmatched keys with no idea which opened what. Rather than replacing five perfectly good Kwikset locks, we rekeyed them all to a single keyway and added a restricted duplication profile so tenants can’t copy keys at the hardware store. Commercial Exit Device Panic Bar Failure, Greenway Plaza Office
